Director, People & Culture
Our client is a national, commercial property & casualty insurance firm, providing loss adjusting and claims management services across a comprehensive line of service offerings, who is looking to hire a Director, People & Culture. The role will lead HR for this ~650-person organization, reporting to the CPO of their parent organization. This role can be based in Atlanta (hybrid ~1-3 days in office) or fully remote, with regular travel to Atlanta.
This leadership role will oversee a small team (generalists and recruiting, with other HR services/COEs at the parent company level) and will manage all HR processes and initiatives with the partnership of a tenured, cohesive leadership team.
The firm is seeking an HR professional ready to step into a leadership role and assume strategic HR responsibility for a small organization. Experience within Insurance is highly sought, along with a commercial, client-oriented approach, and people management and development experience.
