As they are going through a period of growth and change they are currently looking for an experienced
People & Culture Director (m/f/d)
as an ambassador for the company to further develop and sharpen the People & Culture strategy and values and for advising the Management Board on all HR-related topics.
You are responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle as well as their People & Culture Functions such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Retention, HR and Organizational Development, and On- and Offboarding. You best support their international growth strategy (Scale up) by optimizing their infrastructures and processes.
You lead a people team of currently 5 employees and make a significant contribution to the development of the corporate culture through targeted organizational development measures.

You bring at least 8 years, better more, experience in the described tasks, ideally have knowledge of labour law and experience in coaching and systemic consulting in addition to your studies. You are self-confident and can represent yourself and your ideas well to various stakeholders in both German and English.
