Director, People & Culture, South West
Our client, a leading builder of luxury homes throughout California, Phoenix, Nevada and Utah, is looking for a Director of People & Culture supporting 3 office locations in Phoenix, Nevada and Utah; this role can be based any of these office locations and will require frequent travel to each site; the position sits onsite 4-5 days/week. From an HR standpoint, you will report in to a recently hired, highly dynamic SVP of Human Resources who is building out and expanding the function. This is an amazing opportunity to get in on the ground floor and be creative as they look to innovate and develop their people offerings. Culture is incredibly important and their mission is to enhance their employees lives. In this role, you will build strong relationships with key business stakeholders while advising on talent, performance, employee relations, rewards and beyond. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience as an HR business partner from a product driven industry (homebuilding, construction, consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, etc.) and the ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
