Our client, a high-tech apparel company, is looking to add a Director of Total Rewards to their growing HR team. This role is a strategic leadership role, newly established to innovatively shape and manage the organization’s compensation, benefits, and recognition schemes. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of various aspects including compensation structures, benefits management, payroll processes, and employee appreciation strategies. The aim is to foster an environment that not only attracts and retains exceptional talent but also resonates with the organization’s mission and core values.

This person will be tasked with creating the organization’s compensation strategy including benchmarking, market research, bonus and incentive plan design, annual salary reviews, creating job descriptions, etc. ensuring it promotes equity, competitiveness, and employee motivation. They will also oversee the design and administration of their beneifts programs as well as collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to offer a well-rounded and valuable benefits package to employees. A successful candidate will utilize data analytics to evaluate the efficacy of the compensation and benefits programs, offering insights for improved decision-making. The Director will provide guidance and training to HR teams, managers, and executives on best practices in compensation, benefits, and recognition.

They are looking for 8+ years of experience compensation, benefits and/or total rewards. Must be proficient in analytical skills and data interpretation for informed decision-making as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.

This position will be on-site 4 days a week in either midtown NYC and/or Secaucus, NJ.
