This leading law firm is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join the Firm. Having embarked on a number of projects in this space the firm is consistently looking for new initiatives to drive the function forward. Focusing on diversity and wellbeing this role will see you as part of a wider team delivering into the business as a whole. Working with peers this team is at the core of the firm. They pride themselves on attracting and retaining the best talent by making employees feel included, valued, and empowered.
Working closely with the Head of D&I and wider HR team you will help in leading, developing and delivering the D&I agenda across the business. In a highly visible role you will partner with marketing and BD teams as well as HRBP's across the business to deepen initiatives and ensure employees and clients have clarity around the various projects the firm are involved in. You will also be the go to person for all external charities and associations the firm partners with and manage communications and relationships.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates from a solid D&I background ideally with experience gained within a corporate commercial environment. You will be a clear and concise communicator and be happy delivering initiatives and projects into senior leadership.
