Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Associate
Our client, a global investment and technology development firm based in Manhattan is seeking a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Associate to join their DEI team and support strategic decision making and manage special projects across talent management and other initiatives. We are looking for an ambitious and passionate critical thinker with superior communication and project management skills to work with senior members of the firm to develop, implement, and track initiatives to meet evolving DEI goals.
This role will report into the Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and work closely with Investor Relations and other team to co-create DEI related initiatives, design and implement programming and events, and support affinity group projects.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of human capital experience with at least 1 full year of dedicated DEI work and projects. Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills are a must along with a willingness to take on high-impact challenging projects. Preference for candidates with financial services or technology backgrounds.
