Diversity, Inclusion & Equity Manager
Global, well renowned professional services firm are looking to recruit a DEI Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract to support on projects and initiatives across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support on key strategic partnerships
- lead project delivery on social mobility strategic projects
- Implement inclusion initiatives
- Project manage work experience programmes
- Work with the project team to draft and review templates on DEI initiatives and road-maps
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to champion internal diversity
- Support employee networks to achieve goals set out in their annual targets
- Develop and implement innovative ideas for Europe
- Collate evidence and data to support external bench-marking
- Work within external clients to present ideas and information
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a DEI role ideally at manager level
- Experience working across multiple locations and jurisdictions
- Passionate about DEI and a strong interest to develop this further
- strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Strong data manipulation and research skills
- Skills to work autonomously, come up with new ideas and use initiative
- Experience working in professional services is desired but not essential
This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract based in London. The business operate a hybrid office/home working.
