Diversity Recruiter APAC – VP – Banking
A leading global financial services organization is looking to appoint a Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead for VP to lead the D&I Talent Acquisition strategy, stakeholder management and associated DEI resourcing projects across the region, partnering closely with the leadership team. Reporting in to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, this individual will be responsible for leading the gender diversity initiatives and building quality talent pools and relationships to help support the gender diversity strategy across the region.
This individual will currently be operating in a regional or global talent acquisition team (VP level), ideally within an international financial services organization. You will be passionate about and experienced in driving DEI Programmes or initiatives and be comfortable building relationships with the regional leadership team. You will ideally have existing APAC coverage across a number of different markets, with a strong focus on candidate experience and quality deliverables.
