Early Careers Recruitment Manager

Reporting to the HR Director, this Early Careers Recruitment Manager role will play an integral part in attracting and recruiting high-calibre trainee solicitors into the firm and assisting with the effective management of the training and development programme.
As the Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment of graduate trainees and summer students in their London and regional offices taking responsibility for the full process including firms’ national summer vacation schemes.
This is a fanatic opportunity for you to design, implement and overhaul the firm’s attraction strategy and processes to help generate new ideas that will help support the function and the wider business.
This is a fantastic and broad role which will also see you overseeing the lateral recruitment process driving strategy and streamlining processes. As the Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will have the responsibility of managing two direct reports.
It would be beneficial to understand the SQE, to help the firm further continue its SQE project and ensure that they are compliant with the SRA regulations process.
Ideally, you will have experience within the legal sector, however, they will consider candidates with wider professional service experience.
