Early Careers Recruitment Manager. Reading based with travel to Regional Offices. Up to £60,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Careers Recruitment Manager to join a highly reputable and established professional services organisation based in Reading. This firm pride themselves in looking after and investing in their people and understand the importance of creating a culture where peoples ideas are valued.

As the Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will report into the Head of People and will manage a small team to deliver the Early careers recruitment for all the trainees across various divisions. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the agreed strategy, including running attraction, assessment and selection and onboarding programmes whilst focusing on engagement, inclusion and the employee/candidate experience. You will partner with key stakeholders to understand their resource requirements, liaise with ED&I Network and leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies and activities that support the organisation’s diversity and inclusion aims, and work collaboratively with the people communications and marketing team to devise and deliver effective and innovative attraction campaigns.

This is an exceptionally busy and varied role where you will also be accountable for managing third party relationships with educational establishments and outsourced service providers, providing the leadership team/key stakeholders with management information and identifying and reviewing areas of improvement.

If you have gained significant experience working in Early careers recruitment within a professional services organisation this will be of great interest to my client. You will have the ability to show up to date knowledge of the recruitment markets and trends in Early careers and show demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a team. You must be passionate about recruitment, proactive in your approach and innovative in your ideas.
