My client a national charity creating the development and treatment of life changing illness is looking to recruit a Early Careers Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition Team and continue the success of the Graduate and Early Careers initiative.

Currently rated in the Guardian 300 best placed for graduates to work this organisation offers a variety of schemes that result in graduates directly making a real difference in peoples lives. This is an opportunity to be part of the talent team and provide the specialist advice and support on continuous provision of early careers resourcing. Working with the award winning graduate scheme and internship programme to play an integral role in the design and delivery of the future apprenticeship intake.

Within in this role you will play a lead role in the project team that will define the early careers hiring with a focus on developing the future graduate and apprenticeship scheme strategy. You will work with the talent team to plan the annual early careers resourcing plans and focus on attraction and selection methodologies whilst continually developing the employee branding in early careers talent. This role will include the attendance to seminars, networks and using additional tools to attract talent but making sure the organisation has presence in the early careers market.

To be successful in this role you will have in house resourcing experience within early careers or graduate recruitment, you will have ran a graduate scheme from end to end with a particular focus on Diversity and Inclusion. It is desirable but not essential to have worked with interns or on an apprenticeship recruitment plan. You will have proven experience managing high volume vacancies with excellent project management skills. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to devise creative and innovative attraction campaigns and a understanding of HR regulations surrounding recruitment and selection. This role would suit a confident communicator that has the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and a real interest in the development of early careers.
