Early Years Advisor

We are working with a global law firm to hire an Early Talent Advisor based in Liverpool. Their team in Liverpool reflects the firm’s core values of excellence, creativity, integrity and respect. They are continuing to grow their in-house Talent team and now have this exciting opportunity to join their supportive and progressive team. As an Early Talent Advisor, you will provide first class excellent support and client service to the Early Talent team on all aspects of solicitor apprentice and graduate attraction activity, recruitment and pastoral care of apprentices/trainees throughout their seat rotations.

This is a busy and challenging role and will require someone who can demonstrate experience working in a law firm or professional services environment with knowledge of different routes to qualification in law. Ideally you will have experience of recruiting apprentices.
