Working for a global health brand based in Crows Nest, this role is responsible for the day to day operational management of the Specialist Education function which focuses on delivering high quality continuing education in the science of skincare. The team continually run workshops and webinars, online learning, speak at trade shows & events, plus deliver facebook live events.

Reporting to the Director of Education for APAC, this role requires an experienced eye for detail in effectively managing the operational aspects of a very busy learning hub. You will be responsible for managing and allocating resource; proactively forward planning in-line with business initiatives and engaging effectively with a high performing team.

The key responsibilities include:

- people management with a strong mentoring element

- working with key stakeholders on the development of strategic and operational business plans

- effectively schedule and forward plan resourcing needs for a group of highly skilled Educators

- detailed analysis of data for reporting and supporting strategic decision making

- ensuring a focus on customer service and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a health, beauty or retail environment managing and scheduling resource in a fast paced and high quality environment. You will be a confident leader who enjoys coaching a team towards excellence. Proactive and consistent, you will be trusted to take ownership for performance, build strong relationships with colleagues and seek out opportunities to improve.

Highly numerate and analytical, you will need the ability to follow analysis through to actions. You will also be experienced and confident using digital and online platforms for learning and scheduling.

This is the ideal role for someone with exceptional organisational skills, who thrives managing multiple workloads and loves to proactively problem solve.

This is a permanent role paying $85,000 plus super along with a monthly product allowance, plus other perks.
