A superb opportunity has arisen with this global technology firm. In this EMEA and APAC Benefits position, you will be responsible for implementing a brand new framework for the regions whilst being the main point of contact to stakeholders of all seniority. You'll facilitate a strong benefits regime as the firm has delisted from their parent company to now become a stand alone operating firm, meaning you will be ensuring a new benefits portfolio will be implemented.
In this creative role, you must have worked with a global population in an evolving business, and demonstrate the fact you've been involved in engaging 3rd party providers and suppliers from across the globe. Reporting in to the new Benefits Director based in London, you will also be tasked with managing a Benefits Advisor whilst sitting alongside the wider reward team. You'll be responsible for managing core benefits, insurances, flexible benefits in the UK, upgrading statutory benefits in APAC and improve the pension arrangement.
You must have a can do attitide, be resillient, agile and positive. You'll be a team player but also be able to work on your own and to strict deadlines.
