I am delighted to be partnering with a law firm on a Senior Learning & Development Specialist role, covering L&D for the firm's EMEA offices.
Working closely with the L&D Director, you will be working closely with global offices to undertake training needs analysis and helping to design and deliver skills programmes where appropriate. You will also be working closely with external providers across EMEA to identify excellent training offerings and managing related budgets.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have worked within L&D in another law firm. You must be able to evidence your experience of designing and delivering full training programmes. The team roll out a huge amount of training internally, so delivery skills are required.
Candidates who have previously worked as a legal fee-earner and who have then moved into L&D are of particular interest to the firm.
