We are exclusively working with a market leading science & technology group, on a retained basis, to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support the development, creation and delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy across EMEA.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to join an extremely successful and progressive group whilst being at the forefront of the development of the TA function and development of the TA team. This position can be based remotely with some travel required across EMEA and to the head office in Cambridgeshire. It is essential that the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager is a fluent French (desirable) Spanish or Italian speaker. Other European languages will also be considered.
Your new role
You will join at the very beginning of the creation and development of this function which will allow you to quickly progress within the group. This could be towards people management or an individual contributor with wider international responsibilities. You will be responsible for the creation and development of the TA strategy across EMEA. You will build and develop in-house talent acquisition capabilities in order to attract and hire high quality candidates. You will work to understand challenges in recruitment and work with stakeholder to explore solutions and routes to market, utilising your innovation and creativity. You have a keen focus on continuous improvement and will utilise data and metrics in order to support your decision making.
You will personally recruit for position across all department and at all levels, including senior level positions in EMEA. You will ensuring full leverage of our system capabilities, including Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), websites and social media.
What we're looking for
You have strong leadership skills and capabilities, having previously managed talent acquisition professionals, possibly having set-up or created a new team. You are comfortable working in a data driven environment, highly experienced with reporting and utilising data to drive decision making. This is often prevalent in American owned businesses. You are ambitious, hardworking, proactive and excellent at building strong stakeholder relationships.
You are degree educated or above. It is essential that you demonstrate hands on experience in creating and delivering the talent acquisition/recruitment strategy, gained within an international or multinational organisation. It is essential that you have experience recruiting across all levels of an organisation from entry level to the Exec team, along with senior international search experience, as you will be leading exec searches across EMEA. Due the high level of EMEA recruitment it is essential that you are a fluent French, Spanish or Italian speaker. Other European languages will also be considered.
