Emerging Talent Manager
I am delighted to be partnering with a business who are growing, acquiring, and looking to add strength and depth to their Talent Acquisition team.
As Emerging Talent Manager you will lead the team but also manage the graduate and apprenticeship strategy and initiatives for the group.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, attracting and sourcing top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will also manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Developing strong relationships with schools, colleges and universities will be key, to help promote the group as an attractive employer for early talent and strengthen the brand across school-leaver, undergraduate and graduate markets
We are ideally wanting to find someone who has experience of Early Years Talent strategy, alongside professional, financial or similiar sector experience. But, the softer skills, drive and personality of this person is so vital, that your Early Years/Graduate experience could arguably be from any vertical.
The role can be based in Leeds, Manchester. Sheffield or Birmingham, with 2 days a week required in the office.
