My Bristol based client is looking to hire an Employee Benefits & Policy specialist. The role is responsible for delivering and developing policy reviews for all employee benefits across a UK headcount of 80K+ as well as global employees.
The Benefits team (10) sits within the Reward function and is headed up by a Benefits and Policy Director. They manage all employee benefits (not salary and bonus) and all reward policies that cover maternity, sick pay, relocation, travel etc. There will be significant change related programmes, alignment and amendment of existing policies and ensuring that benefits are harmonised across the business. Key projects will focus around employee recognition schemes and long service awards.
Given the nature of the role you will be hands-on and pro-active, and a confident self-starter who is able to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and with external suppliers. It is essential that you have worked within a Reward function and have expert knowledge of managing employee benefits, policies and programmes. This experience will have been gained in-house or within a management consultancy. The client is able to accommodate those looking for a 4 or 5 day week, including 1 day/week WFH.
