Employee Engagement Advisor
Frazer Jones are partnering exclusively with one of the worlds’ largest Financial Services Trust, supported by hedge fund managers, private equity firms and international corporations.
The firm operate in key financial centers across America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Due to consistent growth in their international presence, they’re on the hunt to add an Employee Engagement Advisor to their London team. The successful candidate will be collaborating with the HR Business Partnering team to deliver ongoing communication to employees, ensuring alignment across the business and working to support system transformations and project updates.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an internal employee engagement strategy on yearly plans and activities
- Deliver communication updates on HR initiatives across the employee life cycle including, but not limited to, onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, brand awareness and talent engagement communications
- Create inspiring employee campaigns and support the HR Business Partnering team to deliver internal communications
- Work closely with the HR BP team and other Specialist teams to support group wide initiatives and priorities by creating content across internal communication channels to drive awareness
- Work on providing continuous communication of values through internal communications and HR projects
Requirements:
- 3 + years experience operating in an employee engagement / HR role ideally in financial or professional services.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced and busy HR team, working across multiple business units and office locations
- Strong stakeholder management
