Employee Relations Business Partner
I am exclusively partnering with a global professional services firm who now have a need for an ER specialist business partner for the UK business. They have stunning offices in the West End.
The organisation has been going through a period of significant growth and subsequently the HR and people agenda has seen a positive change towards a true value-add and business partnering function.
There is now a need for an employee relations business partner to come on board. Reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will have ownership of all employee relations and be a dedicated subject matter expert in this area.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Employee relations
- International employment and global mobility. As the labour market has tightened, the business is seeing genuine value in international talent. You will be the lead on this.
- Reward and salary benchmarking
- Being an integral member of a small to medium sized HR team and having a ‘can-do’ attitude
Skills required:
It is essential you are experienced and competent in UK employment law
Passionate about global mobility and building this function is also desirable as is the ability to run salary benchmarking and work across some reward projects
Professional services background is highly desirable, otherwise, have worked in a white-collar and corporate environment
