Employee Relations & Compliance Director
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Employee Relations and Compliance. In this role you will develop, implement, create, and deliver practices that build and maintain positive working relationships. You will be an advocate for the culture and values, while partnering with leaders to make sure that all decisions are based on data. This individual will be able to handle complex and sensitive employee relations issues and investigations while collaborating with senior leadership. Knowledge of and experience with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, you will oversee, review and advise on employee grievance and disciplinary processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five plus years of experience with progressive employee relations and employment law. Solid working knowledge of employee and labor relations and strong writing and verbal communication skills. This role will be hybrid based in NJ.
