Great opportunity for a specialist in Employee Relations to join a national team and a supportive environment.
Working as part of a small national ER team as part of the wider HR function, you will be responsible for resolving a range of ER casework including:
Managing complex Performance and Grievance issues
Proving performance management support
Ensuring compliance with legislation and industrial instruments
Providing coaching and advice to managers to drive capability
You will be able to take ownership for activities and outcomes and will be confident working semi-autonomously to resolve ER issues. You will have a customer focused approach and will be able to support other members of the team where needed.
You will have experience in a role where you have provided specialist ER advice and may come from a Industry body or Union or a generalist with particular ER knowledge.
This is a 9 month maternity cover contract.
