Employee Relations Director
Our client is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist – Director level internally – in a new employee relations role that is functioning under DEI. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be innovative, creative, and is skilled at gaining buy in from both the business and its leaders.
The role reports to a phenomenal Head of Employee Relations for the Americas. With a focus on various ER issues such as performance management, terminations, and employee complaints, this individual also will facilitate trainings for managers and analyze data to present senior stakeholders within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in Employee Relations, strong knowledge of US employment law, along with a strong executive presence and highly impressive communication and problem-solving skills to apply to a wide range of HR issues. Experience in a mid to large sized company is important, as well as navigating a matrix organization for success. This role will be based out of the Weehawken, NJ office 1 day per week and will require some travel to their nearby offices in the tri-state area including NYC and Stamford, CT.

The salary range provided serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
