Employee Relations Lead – Financial Services
We are excited to partner exclusively with a reputable Financial Services organization to support a new Employee Relations hire. As a reputable firm with a sizeable base in Asia and globally, this is a great opportunity for candidates with existing Employee Relations experience within Financial Services or MNC environments.
As the first dedicated Employee Relations Lead for the group, your role will involve working closely with key members of HR leadership as well as international business heads in order to establish the framework and guidelines for Employee Relations globally. You will review and create ER policies, ensuring consistency across offices and you will have extensive opportunities to cover multiple business areas and be part of a strategic and value-add specialist function.
The successful candidate will advise and engage with the business on ER matters and be comfortable operating in a standalone role with support from the wider HR team. They should be able to work closely with senior management to identify areas of risk whilst being able to influence strategic change and successfully deal with people management and processes. The remit for the role is to;
1. Establish ER policies and processes across offices, as well as taking a proactive approach with ER initiatives to support in the avoidance of escalations
2. Work closely with senior management to influence and enhance ER processes within the business, ensuring ER cases are resolved in a smooth and timely manner
3. Advise and engage on ER matters
4. Deliver and produce company-wide training to raise internal awareness and a positive working culture
