A leading specialist insurance and reinsurance business with an international presence are looking to recruit a standalone Employee Relations Manager for their London office where you will provide Employee Relations support to the entire business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations specialist to make a significant impact on the business where you will ensure a fair and consistent approach to employment policies and procedures. You will provide subject matter expertise on change management programmes including redundancy and TUPE as well taking ownership for end to end case management of grievance and disciplinary cases. You will also provide expert advice and support to the HR Managers and HR Business Partners.
This is an exciting and varied role which will give the successful candidate good autonomy to help shape and drive forward the Employee Relations function inline with the business and the wider HR function. To be successful within this role you will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of Employment Law and will have excellent technical Employee Relations knowledge. You will also be able to work collaboratively with global HR and business colleagues where you will provide best practice guidance and advice on HR policy, processes and practice to line managers and leaders up to executive level.
Candidates need experience of working within a Financial Services environment to be considered for this role.
