Employee Relations Manager
Interim ER Manager to support the Head of HR with a variety of ER cases for a client within the Luxury Hospitality sector.
- Part time role – 3 days per week
- Central London (fully site based)
- Immediate start
- Minimum 2 month assignment, strong possibility to extend
The ideal candidate will be:
- Immediately available
- Strong in ER case management
- Have some trade union knowledge/experience
- Come from Hospitality, Leisure, Retail or similar
