Employee Relations Manager
Base salary up to 120k + bonus, benefits, pension plan

Our client, a iconic leader in the consumer packaged goods world, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager professional to support efforts in this space for North America. This role will join a small, specialized team leading and managing competent, efficient and sensitive resolution of employee relations matters for both union and non-union employee populations.
As a large and complex organization, the client is seeking an ER Specialist or a Generalist with significant depth in ER who brings experience leading investigations in an environment of similar scale. The ability to prioritize based on the criticality of ER issues, particularly in a high volume environment, is a requirement. Within this organization more generally, the willingness and comfort to "speak up" and the propensity to fully own one's role are stylistic traits that lend themselves to success. This role will need to have comfort spending time in both lower Connecticut as well as NYC. Experience within CPG environments is ideal, but not required.
