Employee Relations Manager
Exciting opportunity in NYC! Our client, an iconic pillar in the community, is looking for a highly dynamic Employee Relations Manager. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment in support of a client population of exempt and non-exempt employees across 20+ locations within NYC. With a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, you’ll be responsible for handling employee relations matters and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with government regulations. Key responsibilities include resolving employee issues, conducting investigations, updating company policies, development of key metrics, participation in escalated/legal employee matters and beyond. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 3+ years of Employee Relations experience, knowledge of employment laws, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Background in a multi-site environment such as retail, charter-schools, health clubs, manufacturing, etc. is highly preferred.
