Are you an experienced employee relations professional with a background working in large, matrixed environments? If so I have an exciting new interim opportunity with a global financial services/insurance business. Supporting their EMEA business units this role reports into the Head of Employee Relations and will provide a quality case management service and coaching for Line Managers on a range of complex ER issues.
As ER sits within a Centre of Excellence and alongside HR, then the role will have direct day to day relationships with business leaders and employees. This requires exposure of a range of ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, contractual changes, performance management, absence management and flexible working applications. As a global business beyond Europe the client is culturally diverse and needs someone who is able to work with challenging and different client groups on a day to day.
Beyond the ER piece there will be a number of HR Projects running across the region that this role will advise and be a part of, plus the support of in-house Legal Counsel for the most complex and sensitive cases. Due to a resignation the client needs somebody available ASAP and who's open to an initial 6 month contract with the possibility to extend as they settle into the team.
