Our client, a non-profit, environmental advocacy organization with ~600 employees, is looking to hire a long-term consultant (1 year) to help them build and embed HR Communications capabilities across the organization. In this role, you will work with HR and business leadership to establish the annual communications calendar, develop the templates, format, and branding for employee communications, and edit an array of employee communications in a variety of media to ensure uniformity of voice and style. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in HR/Employee Communications with strong enough command of this function so as to effectively drive and execute the process in a consensus driven organization. Our client is open to candidates from a variety of industries, but experience in the non-profit sector would be a plus.
As a long-term consultant, you'll be eligible for employee benefits. This role can be based in either Los Angeles, Chicago, or San Francisco. In addition to benefits, you'll receive a competitive annual salary.
