Employer Branding, APAC – Financial Services
Our client is a world-renowned multinational universal bank with a leading presence across the globe. They are now seeking an experienced Employer Branding individual to take the lead on branding and marketing initiatives for the APAC region.
Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, your role will work independently to drive the marketing both internally and externally and support employee engagement activities across the APAC region. You’ll drive and support employee engagement activities, media strategies and provide extensive marketing materials to develop and evolve both new and existing programmes in place. Working closely with departments which include the Talent Acquisition team, Learning and Development and Corporate Communications team, you’ll liaise extensively with Regional Heads and business leaders to craft an impressive marketing agenda and improve branding initiatives between the APAC countries. You’ll also manage exciting campaigns across APAC leveraging on an assortment of resources as well as drive project and change management surrounding key priorities for HR in the region.
You should bring a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience for AVP level and 8 years’ experience for VP level within sizeable and international firms. You’ll have a demonstrated track record of successful employer branding marketing campaigns and tool usage across diversified platforms knowing how to promote best practices and communications on a regional scale. You should be extremely resourceful and innovative, demonstrating excellent project and change management skills and a passion for creativity.
