A leading financial services business are looking to hire an ER Specialist on a permanent basis. This a highly specialised role that is critical to enable the business to run effectively.
The role requires the candidate to have extensive knowledge of employment law and experience managing complex ER caseloads. They are looking for a candidate who had a proactive and can do attitude.
Ideally the candidate will have come from financial or professional services who have worked in a large matrix organisation.
- Extensive Employee Relations experience
- Advising on complex ER Cases, ER activity including disciplinaries, performance management, grievances, mediation, absence, appeals, Occupational Health life cycle, flexible working and any other associated ER activity
- Support the HR Generalist/ Business Partners with any change programmes
- Being the point of contact for the escalation of issues, policy and process interpretation. Mitigating legal employment risk and ensuring a positive, fair and supportive work environment for all employees
