As ER Manager at this leading Accountancy firm you will be responsible for providing expert employee relations advice across the business.
Managing a team of two direct reports, it will be your responsibility to provide commercial advice and guidance to HR, people managers and stakeholders at all levels, including Partners, on sensitive matters related to employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have specialist ER knowledge, ideally with line management experience and previous exposure in the Professional Services sector.
