ER Manager – Accountancy

About the role:
- You will be advising and guiding stakeholders across the business on a broad range of employee relations topics from grievances and disciplinaries to conflict resolution, settlement agreements and policy interpretation
- Team management of an ER Advisor and Assistant ER Manager
- Proactively maintain and apply current knowledge of employment law, firm policies and practices to manage ER cases from start to completion
- Communicate to the business about upcoming legislation changes and new policy developments
- Responsibility for Data Subject Access Requests will sit with you
- Though the production of analytics you will recognise trends which could determine future activity and make recommendations to the Senior ER manager
About you:
- You will have significant employee relations experience, case management and strong knowledge of employment law and how this is practically applied in a commercial situation
- You have worked at management level and have successfully managed a small team
- Stakeholder management comes easily to you and are seen as a credible and assertive subject matter expert at all levels
- You are happy distilling complex issues into a user friendly format
- Happy reviewing policies, practices and terms and conditions
- You feel comfortable training and coaching stakeholders on ER issues to widen capability across the business
- Ideally you will come from a Professional Services or Retail background
1-2 days a week in the office
