My client, a well-regarded Financial Services business based in Canary Wharf is recruiting a French speaking ER Manager to cover a period of secondment for 6 months starting ASAP.
In this role you will provide employee relations support and advisory services to two specific teams on all aspects of ER. You will support, coach and advise managers in the resolution of ER issues - disciplinary, performance management, employee grievances and appeals etc. You will also provide ad-hoc HR advisory services on all HR related processes and issues including employee development, performance management, employee retention, international assignment management, promotions and compensation.
The client is looking for someone who has proven experience of operating as an International ER Manager.
You will have detailed knowledge and experience of French employment Law and best practice processes.
Additional ER coverage across Western Europe is highly advantageous too with Germany and Italy being the other areas of focus.
You will have strong technical ER experience and be able to build relationships with stakeholders working remotely. The ability to influence, consult, and mediate is also high on the list of priorities.
