About the client:

Our clients are a leading barristers chambers, and they are looking for a superstar Executive Assistant to support their CEO. Their CEO is a real inspiration, with people at the heart of every decision made, and you’ll be right at their side, helping them make great things happen.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right-hand person to the CEO. You’ll keep their busy schedule running smoothly and make sure everything is organized. This is a really important role, and you’ll get to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Being a Super Star Representative: You’ll be the friendly face of our CEO, talking to people inside and outside the office and making sure everyone feels welcome.
- Master of the Schedule: You’ll manage the CEO’s diary, making appointments and planning meetings so everything runs like clockwork.
- Communication Whiz: You’ll handle emails, letters, and phone calls, making sure messages get to the right people.
- Travel Planner Extraordinaire: You’ll arrange travel for the CEO, making sure they get where they need to be, when they need to be there.
- Knowing the CEO Inside and Out: You’ll learn all about the CEO’s work, what’s important to them, and how you can best help them achieve their goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with at least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- You’ll need to be able to work in our central London office at least 4 days a week, with some flexibility.
- Being super organised and able to handle lots of things at once is a must!
- Good communication skills are essential.
- It would be great if you had some experience in a legal or professional services environment, or perhaps even some background in HR administration, but it’s not essential.
- Most of all, we need someone who is keen to learn and ready to be a key part of our team!
