I have partnered with a professional services organisation who are looking to grow their Executive Assistant team to support the HR Director.
They are looking for candidates with previous EA experience but also someone who has HR knowledge/experience.
As the EA to the HR Director, you will manage and organise diary events taking into consideration events that may not be in the diary yet, take minutes in HR meetings, have a good understanding of HR MI reporting. As you will be taking the minutes in HR meetings and relaying them back, they need someone with a good experience/understanding of HR.
Other duties include but not limited to;
- Administration for HR Direction, Talent Director and Head of L&D
- Diary management taking into consideration future issues that may occur
- Minute taking in meetings
- Analytical reporting
