Executive Compensation Analyst

Purpose of the job: This role supports the function of Executive Reward and Long-Term Global Incentives for policy development, program implementation, and maintenance. It also supports the administration of compensation for the executive population of the organization, ensuring effective and appropriate compensation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support project-based activities, policy development, and harmonization of employment terms.
- Assist in delivering long-term compensation processes and managing executive data/documentation.
- Manage annual salary data activities and provide guidance on individual salary treatment.
- Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash and benefits programs for executive employees.
- Support the administration of equity incentive plans and global recognition processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis.
- Contribute to the development of HR compensation processes, tools, and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor on executive-related topics for HR colleagues.
- Prepare HR and employee communication materials and maintain key documentation.
