We are excited to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm to appoint an Executive Compensation Consultant to join their growing and high performing Southeast Asia team. The client is particularly renowned for their ability to design bespoke and tailored executive compensation strategies and programs for clients across various industries owing to their high level of commitment towards excellence. This role will be based in Singapore.

The incoming Consultant will contribute to the development and continuous expansion of the Executive Compensation practice and portfolio, working closely with the leadership team to deliver quality service. Topically, you will partner with variegated clients to tackle projects relating to incentive plans, stock options, share plans, carried interest, co-invest, corporate governance, pay for performance etc. Internally, you will drive thought leadership on executive compensation and board advisory topics, partnering internal and external stakeholders. Relatedly is the ability to enhance the technical and consulting expertise of the Analysts and Senior Analysts through suitable mentorship, guidance, and support.

Ideally, you should be an existing executive compensation and / or rewards professional, operating either as an internal advisor or external consultant. A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive compensation/Rewards is essential. Apart from technical knowledge, project management capabilities, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are equally important recipes for success. Additionally, the candidate should have outstanding communication and presentation skills, coupled with the capacity to forge robust relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
