Executive Compensation Consultant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Executive Compensation Consulting team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in consulting, finance, or human capital who are looking to deepen their expertise in executive pay strategy and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of executive compensation strategies for clients across various industries.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses using market data to assess executive pay competitiveness.
- Assist in the design and modeling of short- and long-term incentive plans, including equity-based compensation.
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations, reports, and compensation committee deliverables.
- Analyze proxy statements, peer group data, and financial performance metrics to support client recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights to clients.
- Monitor regulatory and governance trends related to executive pay and help interpret their implications for clients.
- Maintain and update compensation databases and tools used in client engagements.
