Our client is looking for a highly influential, HR Leader to join their business during an exciting period of growth and change. This ambitious, commercial organisation need a senior HR leader to support the CEO of the international business and their leadership as they embark in this new phase of their journey. The role will report to the Global CHRO who is based in the US.

This is a multinational US company with a strong global presence. The organisation is working on updating its HR activities by setting up Shared Services and Centres of Expertise that will deliver greater value to the organisation and a best-in-class offering. Within this context, this role will lead the strategic business partnering pillar to ensure the organisational strategy is aligned with the business. As a global partner to the International CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team, this role will require you to have the ability to create, set and design the strategy while possessing the skills to operationalise it across a diverse and complex geographical remit. You will also have a strong track record of successful project delivery.
