Our client, a well-known private equity firm with a stellar leadership and talent team, is seeking two recruitment professionals to support CXO hiring across their respectable portfolio of companies. The ideal candidates for these roles will have a background in retained search, with specific experience either hiring for CTOs and CROs/CMOs and their direct reports. In this role, you'll handle about 17-20 searches annually, partnering directly with the executive suite of the portfolio companies and working with them as a consultative partner. The role will also entail evaluating and supporting the movement of executive talent across the portfolio.
The preferred location for these roles is in Austin or Chicago, but New York, San Francisco and/or a semi remote situation might be entertained for the right individual. Our client is amongst a handful of leaders in the private equity space who are building out an internal search function to support their portfolio of companies as part of their overall human capital offering. We believe this will afford someone in executive search the challenge that comes with providing talent acquisition advisory and execution at the C-level, while working with a high caliber Human Capital team.
