Are you an Executive Reward Analyst with advanced expertise in Executive Reward, data analytics and modelling? Would you like to add invaluable FTSE 100 experience to your portfolio? Our client is arguably the most famous name in the high street retail landscape, and they are now looking to recruit an Executive Reward Analyst on an initial 7 month contract to play a pivotal role in carrying out their Executive Reward processes.
This exciting role will suit an individual who is a self-starter and able to hit the ground running. You will play a key role, working alongside the Reward Manager and Head of Reward, supporting and providing expert advice to the RemCo, drafting the directors remuneration report and all annual reports relating to senior remuneration, managing pay arrangements for directors and senior managers, researching and responding to legislation relating to senior remuneration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will also be expected to manage performance targets for company share schemes and play a crucial role in preparing the RemCo papers, as well as managing the budgets for senior remuneration.
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate expertise in Executive Reward, advanced Excel skills and be able to work well as part of a cohesive and collaborative team. The role is paying up to £60,000 pro rata for the 7 month FTC plus benefits.
