I am supporting my client with their search for an Experienced hires recruiter who will join the business reporting to Talent acquisition manager responsible for the EMESA region. This is an exciting time for the business as they are going through a transformation project that will see the EMEA region merge with South America to create a unique EMESA region. This role will specifically look after the Western Europe, Africa and South America (WESA) region and will be responsible for identifying and engaging with talent for the firm's consulting team in the WESA region across different offices, practices, and seniority levels up Management Directors and Partners.
My client is looking for someone who will be a trusted advisor in topics related to market dynamics, diversity attraction and sourcing tech and trends. The incumbent will generate leads, making good use of referral's head hunting, alumni networks and Boolean searches whilst using sourcing metrics to continuously optimize their sourcing and advice to stakeholders.
It is important that you have experience working with and souring for experienced hire talent. In this role you will build strong relationships with senior talent and both influence and manage the expectations of your stakeholders. Professional services experience would be ideal, however I would be open to speaking to candidates who have executive search experience and would be looking to move inhouse.
Candidates who would do well in this role would be those who are humble, slow and considered commercially but very content focused. It is important that you are hard working and driven with an analytical mind. The team are a fun group of people with a great sense of humor and they ae looking for someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously.
