France HR Business Partner (6 months)

We are currently working on behalf of a highly successful multinational market-leading organisation to recruit a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join their France business on a 6 months Fixed-Term Contract.

This high profile and critical HR Business Partner role will have the responsibility for working very closely with the Business Unit Director and the senior leadership team on strategic people initiatives, programs, and future agendas to support business vision and deliver an outstanding employee experience in France. The high-performing individual will report to the Business Unit HR Director, dotted line to Business Area Director, and work collaboratively alongside the various global Centre of Excellence and HR Services Teams.

Based in Paris, the Human Resource Business Partner will act as a true strategic advisor, driving transformation and organizational culture at a pivotal stage in our client’s continuous international development of the business.

The successful profile will have strong track record of progressive senior HR Business Partnering experience in a complex and matrixed organisation in an international setting, as well as effective stakeholder management experience working closely with senior business leaders. Furthermore, the client is looking for a high-potential individual with a passion to drive a high-performing and inclusive people-focused culture to create a true partnership with the business.

This role requires fluency in both English and French.
