Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global financial services business based in the heart of London. They are in 20 locations and have nearly 20,000 employees. The business is experiencing a period of exciting growth and are now looking for an interim Benefits Manager to join their reward function to cover for maternity leave.

As the Global Benefits Manager, you’ll report into the Head of Reward and be responsible for delivering on strategic benefits projects plus ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day benefits management and administration with a primary focus on Europe. Looking after c1000 employees, you will manage risk, healthcare, pension and well-being benefits. You’ll act as the main point of contact for Europe on any benefits matters, resolving queries and ensuring employee awareness and communications. Serving as the benefits SME, you will lead on the annual renewal process, complete benchmarking exercises and propose and implement new benefits where relevant. You’ll need to manage supplier/vendor relationships and ensure the business remains competitive to attract the best talent in the market and retain existing staff. There will be a number of HRIS projects in your time in the role to improve processes, automate and ensure their systems and portals are fit for purpose and give the best employee experience. This is a stand-alone end-to-end benefits position.

This is a 14-month day rate interim assignment that will offer a competitive rate and hybrid office working out of central London. You must be an established Benefits Manager with international benefits experience to be considered for this role. You’ll need to be available on short notice for a long-term interim assignment, have effective communication skills and have the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
