They are now ready to hire a Global Benefits Partner to support their global populations and start evolving their benefits offering to become class leading. Reporting into the Head of Compensation, this role will be to study, design and implement a comprehensive benefits package aligned with the company’s culture for all locations. Key programmes to be considered are: health, holidays and financial wellbeing and to apply employee benefit policy related knowledge and skillset to determine current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate the cost and benefits of wellness/wellbeing programmes, life and long-term care insurance, and any other benefits that fall in scope for current/future provision. You will design and take the lead on all socialising activities, ensuring the current provision is effectively communicated across all markets and increase the employee understanding of available benefit programmes. This is a great role for a true benefits champion to apply all their passion, creativity, and commercial acumen to deliver a class leading benefits provision that has the employee experience at the heart of every decision. As a result, the business is looking to meet Benefit Managers or Compensation & Benefit Managers who have a natural flair and love of benefits, who have landed previous (post M&A) harmonisation programmes and moved the benefits dial. There is access to a London based office (Liverpool Street) but the business are also happy to have someone on a fully remote basis and offer flexitime.
