We are pleased to be partnering a renowned Maritime Logistics firm exclusively with footprints across the world to appoint a Global Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Lead (circa. $96k-$108k base per annum) into their Group Human Resources (HR) team. This is an individual contributor role with pathway towards team management based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of C&B management and payroll (outsourced) activities for the six/seven key markets worldwide. On Compensation, you will drive the annual merit processes as well as keep abreast of industry trends through benchmarking practices to ensure competitiveness. Benefits wise, you will perform annual review exercises for the six/seven markets and implement any changes that would promote employee well-being, particularly with the dual intention of ensuring equity while allowing for individual changes. Payroll management will form the remaining aspect of the role, which mainly involves liaising with the payroll vendors in the respective countries and performing reconciliation exercises to pick out discrepancies. Since HR Information Systems (HRIS) is closely related to the effective delivery of Rewards and Payroll, you will also serve as one of the key administrators.

This role will undoubtedly require someone who covers end-to-end Compensation, Benefits and Payroll (outsourced) management, at least at the regional level. Possessing a keen eye for details and the ability to propose suitable revisions/updates to existing HR policies and practices with the base intention of improving operational efficiency are highly sought after traits. You should be comfortable engaging stakeholders and adopt mature interpersonal communications approaches.
