They are seeking a skilled and experienced Global C&B Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam and play a pivotal role in providing expertise and guidance on their global compensation and benefits strategy.
Position Summary:
As the Global C&B Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the development, analysis, and optimization of the company’s global reward programs. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure their compensation and benefits strategies align with their business goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Compensation Strategy: Provide input and recommendations for the development and execution of a comprehensive global compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices across all regions while considering local market conditions.

Benefits Advisory: Offer expertise and guidance in the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of their workforce.

Global Mobility Support: Assist in managing international compensation packages and expatriate assignments, ensuring they align with global compensation principles and compliance with local regulations.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and conduct regular benchmarking to provide insights and recommendations for adjustments to their compensation and benefits packages.

Policy Development Support: Contribute to the development and maintenance of global reward policies and guidelines that align with their company’s values and objectives.

Compliance Advisory: Offer guidance on ensuring all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations.

Data Analysis Support: Assist in utilizing data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of their reward programs and contribute to data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Communication Assistance: Support in developing communication strategies to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs, fostering transparency and understanding.
