Offering complete home or part-office working this role will act as the functional SME for all reward matters, including exec comp, plan design and RemCo. As this business has a strong pipeline of acquisitions (mainly across Europe), they will also require assistance with post M&A harmonisation. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who have broad reward experience, gained across regions or globally who are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy to complete key programs.
